It was a busy day that of our check in, we know, but we had to wait for our room until late afternoon. Overall well satisfied with this hotel, great location and views and neatly decorated room, that miss a little more room for clothes (suggestion)

-Great location. -Had to keep asking for enouch coffee and towels or we raided the housekeeping cart ourselves. -Only one ice machine for entire hotel. Had to constantly go from 14th to 4th floor.
